Shipping policy

Shipping within the U.S. may take approximately 5-7 business days. Orders shipped outside of the U.S. can take up to 6-10 business days. Shipping fees and taxes will be added to your total at checkout. Tracking numbers will be sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase. Processing of orders take approximately 2-3 business days.

Cenia’s Collections LLC is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items.  You will need to contact the United States Postal Service to file a claim.

 

To ensure that your package is properly delivered, and you receive the shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is entered correctly.

 

If you have not received your package but the tracking number says delivered, you must contact United States Postal Service.
